Terms & Conditions

Please read through our terms and conditions of service.
  1. All cars are booked on a first come, first served basis. With this is mind, cars are only set to be unavailabble on the website once the deposit payment has been received and cleared in the bank. This means that there could be cars shown as available here on the website that are very nearly confirmed as booked. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all cars shown on the website are still going to be available by the time your booking form and deposit cheque arrive at the Willen Classic Cars offices.
  2. All bookings will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of a deposit of £50 per car and a signed terms and conditions form. We regret that the reservation fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
  3. All bookings will be made on a first come first served basis of deposit & booking form received.
  4. We will confirm all addresses and timings before the wedding/event day.
  5. The balance of payment is due 6 weeks before the wedding/event. All cheques to be made payable to Willen Classic Cars (2005) Ltd.
  6. If a booking is cancelled within 28 days of the wedding/event or after the final balance is paid, 50% of the fee will be payable. The balance will be returned to the client.
  7. All of our older cars will be driven to a maximum speed of 40mph or at a speed suitable to the road conditions on the day. This is in respect of the age of the vehicles.
  8. No other person is to drive to the car under any circumstances.
  9. No person is allowed to sit on the cars bodywork or to smoke in the car at any time.
  10. All our cars are kept in meticulous condition are maintained to a high standard and are covered by fully comprehensive specialist insurance for weddings. Please note; Willen Classic Cars (2005) Ltd. will not be held responsible for Acts of God, delays caused by the client, or mechanical breakdown. Willen Classic Cars (2005) Ltd. reserve the right to supply an alternative vehicle and will refund the difference in cost.
  11. For weddings the price includes a maximum of 2 trips to church and 1 trip to reception within Milton Keynes Area. Extra trips or journeys outside of our area will incur an additional charge to be agreed by client.
